Come celebrate with Entertainers 4 Education Alliance at our Charity Bash Fundraiser. We will commemorate 4 years of service, Empowering Youth to Believe They Can Succeed on Tuesday June 15th 2010 7pm-11pm at Blvd 199 Bowery Street in New York City. Since the inception of our organization in 2006, Entertainers 4 Education Alliance a 501c3 non-profit organization has worked tirelessly promoting positive message to young people about the importance of education, positive decision making, personal advancement and social commitment.

We feature youth-friendly events, called "Edutainment Events," that include panel discussions, concerts, contests, meetings with celebrities, special focus groups, and other recreational activities that entertain and educate young people. Our Parent and Community Event Series is designed to reach parents and members of the community with a message about the importance of understanding and supporting our youth. The Entertainers 4 Education Alliance and the Pan Hellenic Council of Greater NY have teamed up to present a Career fair for NYC students at Boys Girls High School, 1700 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY from 9:00am to 3:00pm. The Career Fair will bring together corporate role models from diverse professions to share their experiences with young people in a workshop setting. College recruiters, youth agencies, community organizations, educators, and elected officials all come out in support of our efforts. Students from middle school through high school throughout the five boroughs of New York will get an opportunity to inquire about various careers and receive information for summer jobs and programs. Additionally, many scholarship opportunities will be available to eligible high school graduating seniors. Call 718 385-3133 to register. Registration is FREE
Entertainers 4 Education Alliance, NYC Department of Education and Medgar Evers College presents celebrated author Terrie Williams at Medgar Evers College Friday March 20, 2009 beginning at 8:00 am in Founders Auditorium at 1650 Bedford Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11225. Ms. Terri Williams, leader of one of the nation’s most successful public relations firms and a clinical social worker who has emerged as a passionate advocate for youth and those who suffer with depression. Her current book, entitled Black Pain: It Just Looks like We Are Not Hurting, will be featured at this event.

Entertainers 4 Education Alliance rewarded students who did exceptionally well or made significant improvements academically with a special holiday event. featuring multi-media superstars Bow Wow and Omarion for this holiday event. Presented by, Columbia Records, HOT 97 and educational partner Catapult Online over 500 students will attend this event on Monday December 10the 2007 at an undisclosed location.

Entertainers 4 Education Alliance presents in conjunction with EARS and Hot 97 FM Up Close & Personal with Motown Recording Artist Young Lloyd for students in grades 9-12 on Monday, March 12, 2007 at a secret location. This event is by invitation only!.
Entertainers 4 Education Alliance and EARS Entertainment Group presented the 1st Annual Stay In School concert with performances by, and a special appearance by actor, Fredro Starr to encourage students to stay in school and to make smart choices. The event was held on Friday, October 19, 2006 from 4pm - 6pm at the High School for Global Citizenship (833 Classon Avenue, Brooklyn NY). The event was sponsored by Washington Mutual Bank and HOT 97 FM.

Jim Jones, Entertainers 4 Education Alliance & HOT 97 has teamed up to present the "Achieve Your Dreams Poetry Contest to inspire and encourage inner city youth to dare to dream. Students will write a poem about achieving their dreams just like Jim Jones is achieving his. Deadline for submission is Friday November 30th, 2006.
The EARS Entertainment Group is launching the EARS Entertainers for Education Alliance by hosting: State of Emergency: Saving Our Students, a public symposium addressing the alarming drop-out rates in New York City public schools on Wednesday September 27, 2006 from 7pm-10pm at the CUNY Graduate Center (at 365 Fifth Avenue, Prohansky Auditorium). The forum will bring together key figures in the music/entertainment, educational and political community to discuss and develop methods to encourage students to stay in school and pursue higher education. This event which is sponsored by Broadcast Music Incorporated, HOT 97 FM, VIBE magazine, will explore the gap between school, government policy and pop culture. The event is open to invited guest and the media only.
